Here is our 2 weeks experience and feedback on our stay at The Academy in Woolwich, London.
1. Check in on arrival was a very bad experience as we were left out in the cold for about an hour until someone came to open the apartment for us. This was despite the prior arrangement for late check in as a result of flight arrival time.
2. No cleaning of the apartment in the 2 weeks or changing of bed dressings. Lulu told me that is the contract agreement with RVI
3. Kitchen furnishing was without a blender. We had to go get a blender for our cooking. Our dining chairs went bad but they were promptly changed.
Location is good, peaceful neighborhood and other items generally okay. We will rate the place 3* (three star)
