If you are looking for FUN then look no further than Wisconsin Dells. There are lots of waterparks – in fact there are 20 – so you’ll probably have to just come back again.
The largest one is at the Kalahari Resort and it has an indoor stand up and surf FlowRider®, Master Blaster uphill water rollercoaster waterslide, Victoria Falls family raft ride, huge indoor wave pool, lazy river, spas, Leopards Lair & Kid- Splash play areas and so much more! Kalahari’s Zambezi Outdoor Waterpark features amazing slides, lazy river, spas, activity pools and much more! The Splashdown Safari outdoor water play attraction features multiple levels of water fun.
.The Lost Rios Waterpark is 200 000 square feet of multi-level indoor and outdoor water parks including 26 waterslides, wavepool and lazy rivers. Another must do is a scenic river tour – whether you choose to do it by amphibious craft called Ducks, river boat or jet boat.
If you want to do something different, hop on a horse or take a horse-drawn wagon to explore the narrow canyons. You can even go on an historic steam-powered train ride through the countryside. Another huge drawcard to this part of the world, is golf and Wisconsin Dells can offer you some magnificent courses whether you’re a beginner or a pro.
And in winter it’s just as much fun – there’s skiing, tobogganing, snowmobiles and you can still go to the waterparks because the indoor sections are heated.

And don’t forget the Mid-Continent Railway Museum.
